What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, email address, company and project details you provide, along with the time and rough technical fingerprint of the request. When you simply read the site, our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp — for security and capacity purposes.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or third-party profiling scripts. There is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.
Why we collect it
Enquiry details are used to answer you, and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. Server logs are used to keep the site available and to investigate abuse. That is the entire purpose for both.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share it with the processors listed below, and with nobody else.
Processors
- Our hosting and CDN provider, which serves the site and stores cached pages.
- Our error-tracking provider, which receives stack traces from failed requests.
- Our analytics provider, configured to record aggregate page performance without cross-site identifiers.
- Our email provider, which carries the replies we send you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then deleted. Server logs are retained for 30 days. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we do so within ten working days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled the request, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
